During your initial sixty to ninety-minute visit with our providers, you will collaboratively determine the most suitable structure for your therapy treatment, taking into account your presenting symptoms and desired goals.
Follow-up visits are forty-five to fifty minutes. These sessions are scheduled at weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly intervals, entirely tailored to your presenting symptoms and individual goals.
To ensure our commitment to providing quality care and respecting the time of both our clients and our clinicians, we maintain a policy regarding missed appointments and late cancellations.
We kindly request that you provide KWeilness, with a minimum of 24-hour notice (weekends not included) if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice will be subject to a $100.00 late cancel fee.
In the event of failure to show up for a scheduled appointment , a no show fee will be charged.
Administrative tasks such as filling forms, handling telephone correspondence, and processing prior authorizations. These activities may sometimes require more than ten minutes of our time to ensure the smooth functioning of our practice and to effectively meet the needs of our clients.
Fees may be subject to change. A thirty day notice will be provided to existing clients.
